Client Retention Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Client Retention Specialist with an M.Tech degree and 3-6 years of experience to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial for fostering long-term relationships with our key clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty. You will leverage your technical understanding and client-facing skills to identify opportunities for growth and address any potential churn risks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic client retention programs tailored to the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
- Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their evolving needs, challenges, and business objectives.
- Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated client issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate value and reinforce the partnership.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted communication and engagement strategies.
- Monitor client health scores and key performance indicators (KPIs) to predict and mitigate churn.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on client retention strategies and market trends.
- Utilize your M.Tech background to understand and articulate the technical aspects of our products/services to clients.
