Clinical Assistant

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Clinical Assistant with a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Clinical Assistant will provide essential administrative and operational support to our clinical research and development teams, ensuring efficient execution of studies related to our agrochemical products. This role is crucial for maintaining data integrity and supporting regulatory compliance within our Indian operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of clinical trial documentation, including study protocols, case report forms (CRFs), and investigational product labels.
- Manage and track study supplies, ensuring timely delivery and inventory management.
- Support data entry and verification processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of clinical trial data.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance) and external stakeholders (e.g., CROs, investigators) as required.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, site visits, and training sessions for clinical study personnel.
- Maintain study master files and ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and relevant Indian regulations.
- Prepare reports on study progress, budget tracking, and resource utilization.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and expense reporting.
