Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commis (Commi 1 / 2 / 3) with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production, quality control, and operational efficiency within our beverage manufacturing unit. This role requires a strong understanding of chemical processes, food safety standards, and laboratory procedures, leveraging your advanced technical education.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the production line, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Conduct analytical tests and experiments on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using advanced laboratory techniques.
Analyze data, interpret results, and prepare detailed reports for management, identifying areas for process improvement.
Collaborate with the R&D team on new product development and process optimization projects.
Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations (e.g., FSSAI) and internal quality management systems.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and production machinery.
Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
