Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Community Health & Safety professional with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of relevant experience in managing and implementing comprehensive health, safety, and environmental programs within the petrochemical or plastics industry. This role is crucial for ensuring the well-being of our surrounding communities and maintaining a safe operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor community health and safety initiatives in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits for community-facing operations and infrastructure.
- Investigate and report on any health or safety incidents affecting the community, recommending and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with local authorities, community leaders, and stakeholders to address health and safety concerns.
- Develop and deliver health and safety training programs for employees and community members where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and standards.
- Manage emergency preparedness and response plans for community-related incidents.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization and its interface with the community.
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in community health and safety management.
