Role Summary: The Customer Engagement Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance customer experience and foster loyalty for our sports and leisure offerings in India. This role will involve understanding customer needs, managing communication channels, and driving initiatives that build strong relationships with our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies across various touchpoints (online, in-store, social media).
- Monitor customer feedback and sentiment, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage customer loyalty programs and initiatives to drive repeat business.
- Create engaging content for customer communication and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for personalized engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
