We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Day Care Teacher/Incharge/Attendant with an MCA background to manage our corporate day care facility. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a passion for child development and care within a professional environment. This role is crucial in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate daily schedules, including activities, playtime, and rest periods.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under care, maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Plan and conduct engaging educational and recreational activities tailored to different age groups.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and daily activities.

Administer basic first aid and respond to emergencies as needed.

Maintain records of children's attendance, activities, and any incidents.

Collaborate with HR and administration for day-to-day operations and policy adherence.
