We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Diagnostic Molecular Scientist with 2-4 years of experience to join our innovative team in Delhi. This role is crucial for our research and development efforts within the Beauty & Personal Care sector, focusing on understanding the molecular basis of skin and hair health, and how our products interact at a cellular level. The ideal candidate will possess a BCA degree and a strong foundation in molecular biology techniques and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct molecular diagnostic tests and experiments related to skin and hair biology.
Analyze molecular data, including DNA/RNA sequencing and gene expression profiles, to identify key biomarkers.
Assist in the development and validation of new diagnostic assays for product efficacy testing.
Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
Collaborate with R&D teams to interpret results and contribute to product innovation.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in molecular biology and diagnostic technologies.
