Role Summary: Zerodha is seeking a talented and experienced Distribution System Designer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for designing, optimizing, and implementing robust and scalable distribution systems that ensure efficient and reliable delivery of our financial products and services to a wide customer base across India. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of how our offerings reach our users, focusing on automation, data-driven insights, and seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect scalable and efficient distribution systems for financial products and services, considering factors like reach, cost, and speed.
Analyze existing distribution channels and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Develop strategies to optimize customer onboarding, account opening, and service delivery processes.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for distribution systems.
Utilize data analytics and modeling to forecast demand, identify bottlenecks, and measure the performance of distribution networks.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and industry standards in system design.
Develop and maintain documentation for all distribution system designs and processes.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in distribution and logistics within the fintech space.
