• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential business ventures, focusing on operational, financial, and market aspects within the IT services industry.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments relevant to IT service offerings.
• Evaluate business models, intellectual property, and technological capabilities of target companies.
• Identify potential risks, liabilities, and areas for improvement, providing clear and concise recommendations.
• Prepare detailed due diligence reports, synthesizing findings and presenting them to senior management.
