We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Kolkata. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and retention for our innovative financial solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, who may not have a formal graduation degree but possesses significant practical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including strategy, content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and analysis.

Create compelling and engaging email copy and design that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Utilize email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid) for campaign execution and automation.

Segment email lists based on customer demographics, behavior, and engagement to deliver personalized content.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates), and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns (subject lines, content, CTAs) to improve performance.

Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and maintain email list hygiene.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align email strategies with broader business goals.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and digital marketing.
