Employer / Employee Branding Specialist (2-3 Yrs) in Automobile

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Employer / Employee Branding Specialist with 2-3 years of experience and a B.Sc degree to join our team in Lucknow. This role will be instrumental in shaping and promoting Maruti Suzuki as an employer of choice within the automotive sector. You will contribute to developing and executing strategies that enhance our internal and external employer brand, attracting and retaining top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events).
- Support the creation of engaging content that showcases our company culture, values, and employee success stories.
- Conduct market research to understand talent trends and competitor employer branding strategies.
- Help organize and execute recruitment events and career fairs.
- Collaborate with the HR and Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of branding initiatives and report on key metrics.
- Contribute to internal communication efforts to foster a positive employee experience and brand advocacy.
