Endocrine Surgeon (1-3 Yrs) role in Telecom / ISP

We are seeking a motivated Endocrine Surgeon with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our corporate health services team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial in managing the endocrine health and well-being of our employees within the fast-paced telecom industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their financial acumen gained from an M.Com degree to contribute to the cost-effectiveness and strategic planning of our employee health programs, alongside their surgical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive endocrine surgical care to employees, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of endocrine disorders.
- Conduct pre-employment and periodic health check-ups focusing on endocrine health.
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs tailored to the needs of telecom professionals.
- Analyze health program costs and budget allocations, utilizing M.Com knowledge to propose efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure integrated employee well-being initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in endocrine surgery and corporate health management.
