We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Surgeon with 2-3 years of experience and a Diploma to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for ensuring the health and well-being of our employees within our food processing facility. You will provide comprehensive medical care, focusing on occupational health and general medical issues relevant to our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting general medical examinations and diagnosing common ailments.
Providing first aid and emergency medical treatment for workplace injuries.
Managing and treating minor surgical cases and post-operative care.
Advising employees on health and safety protocols relevant to the food processing industry.
Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting all treatments and consultations.
Referring complex cases to specialists when necessary.
Assisting in health awareness programs for employees.
