We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laparoscopic Surgeon with 0-2 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our team in Thane. This role is crucial for supporting our advanced medical and wellness programs within the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical and technical skills to contribute to the efficient operation of our surgical support services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior surgeons in laparoscopic procedures, ensuring all equipment is sterile and functional.
Manage and maintain surgical instruments and tools, adhering to strict protocols.
Utilize MCA knowledge to manage and analyze patient data, surgical outcomes, and inventory systems.
Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient workflow processes in the surgical unit.
Ensure compliance with all relevant medical regulations and company policies.
Provide support in training junior staff or interns on basic surgical procedures and data management.
Collaborate with the IT department for any technical requirements related to surgical equipment or data analysis software.
