Engineering Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Engineering Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our engineering and maintenance departments at our Pune facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of all plant machinery and equipment, adhering to safety and quality standards. This role is suitable for individuals with 2-5 years of experience and a 12th Pass qualification, eager to contribute to a leading biotechnology company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of technicians and engineers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of plant machinery, equipment, and facilities to identify and address potential issues.
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Oversee repair and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory.
- Assist in the procurement of spare parts and consumables.
- Support the implementation of new engineering projects and upgrades.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
- Train junior staff on operational procedures and safety guidelines.
