Role Summary:
We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse with a unique background in M.Des to join our innovative team in Vishakhapatnam. This role will leverage your design thinking and healthcare expertise to enhance the well-being and safety of our commuters and staff within the urban transport ecosystem. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing health-related initiatives that align with our mission of improving public transportation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement health and safety protocols for passengers and staff, considering user experience and accessibility.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops on health, hygiene, and emergency response for transport personnel.
- Conduct health assessments and provide basic medical assistance to commuters and employees as needed.
- Collaborate with the operations and technology teams to integrate health-centric features into the Chalo platform and services.
- Research and propose innovative solutions for improving passenger comfort and health during transit, drawing from M.Des principles.
- Manage and maintain first-aid stations and medical supplies at key transport hubs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health regulations and standards.
- Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in health and safety services.
- Contribute to the design of user interfaces and physical spaces within transport infrastructure to promote health and well-being.
