Enterprise Sales Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our growing team in Jaipur. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new enterprise clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth for our innovative payment solutions. A degree is not a prerequisite; your proven sales acumen and ability to deliver results are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales quotas.
- Identify and prospect potential enterprise clients within the assigned territory (Jaipur and surrounding regions).
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at target organizations.
- Understand client needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of Paytm's payment solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and identify new opportunities.
- Track sales activities, manage pipelines, and provide regular reports on sales performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the FinTech and payments sector.
