Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional with a strong legal background to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. This role will focus on ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations within our travel and tourism operations in India. The ideal candidate will leverage their LLM degree to interpret and apply legal frameworks to EHS practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret national and local EHS laws, regulations, and guidelines applicable to the travel and tourism industry.
- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with EHS standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate EHS incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit EHS-related reports to regulatory bodies and internal management.
- Advise on legal implications of EHS matters and support the development of training programs.
- Collaborate with various departments to promote a strong EHS culture and ensure safe working conditions for employees and customers.
- Stay updated on emerging EHS trends and legal developments relevant to the company's operations.
