Event Planner / Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Planner/Manager to join our team at Apollo Hospitals, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing a variety of corporate events, medical conferences, health camps, and internal hospital events. This role requires a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree and 3-6 years of relevant experience in event management, preferably within the healthcare or hospital sector. You will ensure seamless event execution from inception to completion, managing budgets, vendors, and logistics to deliver successful and impactful events.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage event strategies, timelines, and budgets for various corporate and medical events.

Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor management (catering, AV, decor, etc.), registration, and speaker liaison.

Design and implement event marketing and communication plans to drive attendance and engagement.

Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting issues, and managing staff/volunteers.

Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports on event success and ROI.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and hospital policies.

Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Medical, Administration) to align event objectives with organizational goals.
