Executive Chef

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Executive Chef with an M.Tech degree to lead our culinary operations at our Thane facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing high-quality dining experiences for our employees and guests, aligning with the dynamic and fast-paced environment of the entertainment industry. This role requires a unique blend of culinary expertise, advanced technical understanding, and strong leadership skills to manage kitchen operations, menu planning, and cost control effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Develop innovative and diverse menus that cater to a wide range of dietary preferences and cultural backgrounds, with a focus on seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
- Implement and maintain strict food safety and sanitation protocols in accordance with Indian and international regulations.
- Control food costs, inventory management, and procurement of supplies, negotiating with vendors to achieve optimal pricing and quality.
- Collaborate with event planning teams to design and execute catering for special events, corporate functions, and employee engagement activities.
- Utilize your M.Tech background to analyze operational efficiencies, implement process improvements, and potentially integrate technology solutions for kitchen management.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor laws.
- Stay abreast of the latest culinary techniques, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
