Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with an M.Com degree to join our F&B Service team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of food and beverage services within our managed facilities. The ideal candidate will leverage their financial acumen and analytical skills to manage costs, optimize inventory, and contribute to service excellence. This position is suitable for professionals with 1 to 6 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily F&B service operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client satisfaction.
- Manage inventory of food and beverages, including procurement, stocktaking, and waste reduction strategies.
- Analyze F&B sales data, identify trends, and provide insights for cost control and revenue enhancement.
- Develop and implement operational budgets for F&B services, tracking expenses and ensuring profitability.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, service teams, and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within F&B operations.
- Assist in menu planning and pricing strategies from a financial perspective.
- Prepare regular reports on F&B performance, including financial summaries and operational metrics.
- Train and supervise junior F&B staff as required.
