Finance Program Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Program Manager to join our growing team in Jaipur. This role is crucial for overseeing and managing financial programs and initiatives that support our strategic objectives within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and program management, coupled with an M.A. degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage financial models for new and existing healthcare programs.
- Track program performance against budget, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and investment appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within programs.
- Support the development of business cases for new initiatives.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies, as required.
