Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Finance Project Head with a Doctorate/PhD to lead financial planning, execution, and oversight for major engineering and construction projects within our India operations. This role is critical in ensuring project profitability, managing financial risks, and driving financial efficiency from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will leverage their advanced academic background and 1-5 years of relevant experience to provide expert financial guidance and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies for large-scale engineering and construction projects.
- Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control mechanisms to ensure adherence to financial targets.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including feasibility studies, ROI calculations, and risk assessments, to support project decision-making.
- Manage project financing, including liaising with financial institutions and ensuring optimal capital structure.
- Monitor project cash flows and working capital requirements, implementing strategies for efficient fund management.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and project stakeholders.
