This role is crucial for developing and delivering engaging training programs focused on the intricacies of the Investment Banking, Venture Capital, and Private Equity sectors. The ideal candidate will leverage their BBA/BBM education and 2-3 years of experience to create a learning environment that equips our professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in these competitive fields.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training modules on topics such as financial modeling, valuation techniques, deal structuring, market analysis, and fund management.
- Develop case studies and practical exercises relevant to the Indian financial market.
- Assess training needs and tailor content to address specific skill gaps within the organization.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to trainees.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in investment banking, VC, and PE.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with company policies.
