Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Head - Administration with a Doctorate/PhD to oversee and manage all administrative functions at our Jaipur campus. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of public sector administration and a proven ability to lead and optimize operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of relevant experience post-doctorate, demonstrating leadership in administrative management within a government or public institution setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive administrative policies and procedures aligned with government regulations and institutional goals.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the administration department, including facilities management, procurement, record-keeping, and event coordination.
- Oversee budget preparation and management for the administrative department, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.
- Lead and mentor a team of administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to administration and public sector operations.
- Liaise with government agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth administrative operations.
- Drive initiatives for process improvement and technological adoption to enhance administrative efficiency.
- Manage security, safety, and maintenance of the institute's infrastructure and assets.
- Develop and manage contracts with service providers, ensuring quality and value for money.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on administrative matters and resource allocation.
