Head - Analytics / BI - Oil & Gas Sector (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Head - Analytics / BI with 3-4 years of experience to lead our analytics initiatives within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Sc. background and analytical skills to derive actionable insights from complex datasets, driving strategic decision-making and operational efficiency for our Nagpur operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive analytics and Business Intelligence strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for oil and gas operations.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in production, exploration, and financial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and finance, to understand their data needs and provide analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting and analytical platforms.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and BI within the energy sector.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for senior management.
