Head - Program / Project

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to lead and manage key programs and projects within our NBFC operations in Hyderabad. This role requires a unique blend of legal acumen, project management expertise, and strategic thinking to drive successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will leverage their LLM degree and 2-5 years of experience to navigate complex regulatory environments and deliver impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of multiple programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct legal research and provide insights on regulatory requirements impacting project scope and execution.
- Develop and implement project management best practices and methodologies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
- Ensure all projects adhere to legal and compliance standards within the NBFC sector.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
