Helicopter Pilot

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Helicopter Pilot to join our operations in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company helicopters, supporting various business needs within our Analytics/KPO/Research division. This role requires a strong understanding of aviation regulations, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company helicopters for transport, reconnaissance, and other specialized missions as required by the business.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections, ensuring all aircraft systems are functioning correctly.
- Maintain accurate flight logs and operational records.
- Adhere strictly to all aviation regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Manage fuel, weather, and route planning to ensure efficient and safe flights.
- Communicate effectively with air traffic control, ground crew, and relevant stakeholders.
- Respond to emergency situations with professionalism and decisiveness.
- Provide support for aerial surveys, data collection, or other research-related activities as needed.
- Maintain proficiency through regular training and flight reviews.
- Ensure the highest standards of aviation safety and operational excellence.
