Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented ERP Developer with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Indore. You will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across various business functions within our investment banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain ERP modules (e.g., Finance, CRM, HR) to meet specific business requirements.
- Design and implement integrations between the ERP system and other business applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues, ensuring data integrity and system stability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for ERP system configurations and customizations.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP technologies and best practices to propose improvements.
