The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the bank's official website and other digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of web technologies, content management systems, and a keen eye for detail to ensure a seamless and secure online presence for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the bank's official website, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Implement and manage website content updates, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Monitor website traffic and user behavior, generating reports and providing insights for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement new features, functionalities, and design changes.
• Ensure website compliance with relevant regulations, accessibility standards (WCAG), and security protocols.
• Perform regular backups and maintain disaster recovery plans for website data.
• Stay updated with the latest web technologies, trends, and best practices.
