Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team in Bhubaneshwar. This entry-level position is ideal for recent BBA/BBM graduates with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in accounts payable within the dynamic telecom industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper coding and approvals.
Reconcile vendor statements with company records and investigate discrepancies.
Assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly payment runs.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for all accounts payable documentation.
Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.
Support the accounts payable team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
