The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and a strong understanding of maintaining technological infrastructure and operational efficiency within a retail environment. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of all store operations, minimizing downtime, and upholding the company's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all store equipment and IT infrastructure.

Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to POS systems, networking, hardware, and software.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for repair services and procurement of spare parts.
