Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Operational Risk Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of risk management frameworks and a postgraduate degree in any relevant discipline. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks across various business units, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of operational risk management policies and procedures.

Conduct risk assessments and control testing to identify potential vulnerabilities and control weaknesses.

Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and operational metrics to track risk exposure and identify emerging trends.

Investigate operational incidents and root cause analysis, recommending and implementing corrective actions.

Support business units in embedding a strong risk culture and promoting best practices in risk management.

Prepare reports and presentations on operational risk status for management and relevant stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control standards.
