Recruiting for Fire Guard - Real Estate Team

We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Fire Guard to join our Real Estate team in Lucknow. With 3-4 years of experience and a postgraduate degree, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our properties and residents by implementing and maintaining comprehensive fire prevention and safety protocols. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating fire hazards, responding effectively to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations. Your expertise will be vital in safeguarding our assets and the well-being of everyone on our premises.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement fire safety plans and procedures for residential and commercial properties.

Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment (extinguishers, alarms, sprinklers) and ensure they are in good working order and regularly serviced.

Monitor fire detection and alarm systems, responding promptly to any alerts.

Educate residents and staff on fire prevention techniques and emergency evacuation procedures.

Lead and coordinate fire drills and evacuation exercises.

Investigate fire incidents, identify causes, and recommend corrective actions.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, training, and incidents.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national fire safety codes and regulations.

Liaise with local fire departments and emergency services.

Manage and maintain inventory of fire safety equipment.
