Seeking CCTV Operator (3-4 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary:
We are looking for a vigilant and experienced CCTV Operator with 3-4 years of experience to join our security team at our Thane operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, identifying potential security threats, and ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to react promptly to any security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV feeds to detect suspicious activities, unauthorized access, and potential security breaches.
- Operate and maintain CCTV equipment, ensuring all cameras and recording devices are functioning optimally.
- Log all incidents, activities, and observations accurately and comprehensively.
- Respond to alarms and dispatch security personnel when necessary.
- Review recorded footage to investigate incidents and provide evidence when required.
- Liaise with security management and other departments to ensure effective security protocols are maintained.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to security and surveillance.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all surveillance information.
- Identify and report any technical malfunctions of CCTV equipment.
