Seeking Dock Master (1-2 Yrs) for a Corporate

Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Dock Master with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all dock operations, ensuring efficient and safe handling of incoming and outgoing goods. This role requires a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree and a keen eye for detail to maintain inventory accuracy and streamline logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the dock, including loading and unloading of trucks.
- Ensure all goods are received, inspected, and stored accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using company systems, leveraging BCA knowledge for data management.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth flow of materials.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures on the dock.
- Manage dock scheduling and optimize space utilization.
- Prepare and maintain reports on dock activities, inventory levels, and discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise.
