Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Deck Fitter / Welder with 2-3 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our infrastructure team in Mangalore. This role is crucial for the installation, maintenance, and repair of specialized equipment and structures within our media and telecom facilities. While the core skills are in fitting and welding, the MCA background indicates a need for candidates who can also contribute to system integration, documentation, and potentially basic data analysis related to infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform precise fitting and assembly of various structural components and equipment according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Execute high-quality welding operations (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) on diverse materials, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for installation and repair tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of existing structures and equipment, identifying and rectifying any defects.
- Assist in the installation of new infrastructure, including cabling, conduits, and support structures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
- Utilize MCA knowledge for documenting installation processes, managing equipment inventory, and potentially analyzing performance data related to infrastructure efficiency.
