We are seeking a motivated and skilled 3rd Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic FMCG operations team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Tech degree and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and operational efficiency within the fast-paced FMCG sector. This role is crucial in supporting the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of our production facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the operation and maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and maintenance.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and operational data.
- Participate in safety training and promote a safety-conscious work environment.
