Crane Operator (Contract) | Thane

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Crane Operator with 1-2 years of experience and an M.A. degree to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of cranes for various tasks within our BFSI operations, ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and company policies. This role requires a strong understanding of operational procedures and the ability to manage complex lifting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate cranes (e.g., tower cranes, mobile cranes) with precision and safety for material handling and construction support within our facilities.

Perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on crane equipment to ensure optimal functioning and safety.

Interpret lifting plans, blueprints, and work orders to execute lifting operations accurately.

Collaborate with site supervisors and ground personnel to ensure safe rigging and signaling procedures.

Adhere to all industry safety standards, government regulations, and company policies, including lockout/tagout procedures.

Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or operational issues promptly.

Maintain accurate logs of crane operations, maintenance, and any incidents.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized worksite.
