Histotechnologist - Clinical Research / Contract Research (2-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Histotechnologist with 2-3 years of experience to join our expanding Clinical Research division in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality tissue samples for microscopic examination, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all laboratory processes. This role is crucial for supporting our drug discovery and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and specialized histological techniques, including tissue fixation, processing, embedding, sectioning, and staining.

Prepare slides for microscopic analysis by pathologists and researchers.

Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning and calibration.

Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and relevant safety protocols.

Accurately document all procedures and results in laboratory notebooks and LIMS.

Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing laboratory workflows.

Collaborate with scientists and researchers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality tissue samples.
