We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing team at Jio Platforms in Ludhiana. This role is crucial for ensuring the health and well-being of our field operations staff within the Telecom / ISP sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Tech/B.E. background to understand the technical nuances of our operations while providing essential healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct health assessments, diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries for employees in the telecom infrastructure environment.

Provide emergency medical care and first aid at remote sites and operational centers.

Develop and implement health and safety programs tailored to the risks associated with telecom/ISP fieldwork.

Educate employees on preventive health measures, occupational health hazards, and wellness strategies.

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to all relevant regulations.

Collaborate with management to ensure a safe working environment and address any health-related concerns impacting productivity.

Utilize B.Tech/B.E. knowledge to understand the physical demands and environmental factors impacting employee health in the ISP sector.
