Clinical Assistant (1-3 Yrs) | BPM Services

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Assistant with 1-3 years of experience and a B.Pharma background to join our growing team in Pune. In this role, you will support clinical operations, ensuring efficient data management and adherence to regulatory standards. You will work closely with clinical teams to facilitate smooth workflow and contribute to the overall success of our healthcare BPM services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection, verification, and organization of clinical data.
- Support the preparation and submission of clinical trial documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and databases.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including medical professionals and researchers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Perform data entry and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
- Provide administrative support to the clinical research team as needed.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on clinical processes and best practices.
