Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes for the legal department, focusing on operational excellence and user experience.

Manage and maintain legal department technology stack, including contract management systems, e-discovery tools, and legal spend management software.

Assist in budget management, vendor selection, and invoice processing for legal services.

Create and maintain internal knowledge management systems and databases for legal documents and policies.

Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations.

Support the legal team in project management and strategic initiatives.

Design user-friendly interfaces and documentation for legal processes and tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of legal operations with business objectives.
