Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual with a Doctorate/PhD to join our Legal & Regulatory team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial regulations, corporate law, and compliance frameworks relevant to the NBFC sector in India. This role involves complex legal research, policy analysis, and strategic advisory to ensure the company's adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth legal research on evolving regulatory landscapes and their impact on the NBFC sector.
- Analyze and interpret complex legal and regulatory documents, including statutes, rules, and guidelines.
- Develop and implement compliance strategies and policies in line with Indian legal requirements.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal agreements, contracts, and other corporate documents.
- Provide expert advice on legal and regulatory matters to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies and procedures accordingly.
- Engage with regulatory bodies and authorities as required.
- Contribute to the development of legal and compliance frameworks for new financial products and services.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on legal and regulatory issues.
