We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Affairs professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents and returns with regulatory bodies (e.g., RBI, SEBI, MCA).
Support the coordination of board meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and policy changes impacting the company's operations.
Help manage internal and external communication related to corporate affairs.
Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with internal departments and external consultants on corporate matters.
