Opening for Criminal Law | 3-4 Yrs

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Criminal Law professional to join our legal team in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for managing and advising on all criminal law matters pertaining to our operations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian criminal law and its practical application within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on criminal law issues relevant to the hotel and restaurant industry.

Provide expert legal advice and guidance to management on criminal law matters, including but not limited to, employee misconduct, guest disputes, and regulatory compliance.

Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and policies related to criminal law.

Represent the company in legal proceedings, investigations, and negotiations as required.

Liaise with external legal counsel, law enforcement agencies, and government authorities.

Stay updated on changes in criminal law and relevant regulations affecting the hospitality industry.

Develop and implement strategies to prevent and manage criminal law risks.
