Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Administration professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Design (M.Des) degree and will be instrumental in managing and streamlining legal documentation, supporting legal processes, and ensuring compliance within our rapidly growing hotel and restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the drafting, review, and management of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Maintain and organize legal records, case files, and databases.
Coordinate with internal departments and external legal counsel on various matters.
Support the legal team in litigation, compliance, and regulatory affairs.
Utilize design thinking and visual communication skills to enhance legal documentation and presentations.
Conduct legal research and analysis as required.
Manage the process of document filing, retrieval, and archiving.
Ensure adherence to all company policies and legal requirements.
