Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual with 1-3 years of experience to join our Legal Operations team. The role will support the efficient functioning of the legal department, focusing on administrative, operational, and process improvement initiatives within the Media, Entertainment & Telecom sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a BBA/BBM graduate to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing legal department budgets, tracking expenses, and processing invoices.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of legal department technologies and systems (e.g., contract management systems, e-discovery tools).
- Help develop and enforce departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on various legal matters.
- Organize and maintain legal department records, documents, and filings.
- Conduct research on legal operations best practices and industry trends.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for legal department management.
- Facilitate communication and workflow between the legal team and other business units.
- Support contract lifecycle management processes, including tracking and reporting.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline legal workflows.
