Junior Chief Legal Officer (CLO) - Import & Export Sector

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Junior Chief Legal Officer (CLO) with 3-4 years of experience and a Master's degree to join our dynamic legal team. The CLO will support the senior legal counsel in managing the legal affairs of the company, with a focus on import and export operations. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of corporate law, international trade regulations, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts, including but not limited to, service agreements, vendor contracts, and logistics agreements, with a specific focus on import/export clauses.

Provide legal support and guidance on matters related to import and export compliance, customs regulations, and international trade laws.

Conduct legal research and provide analysis on emerging legal issues impacting the company's operations.

Support in managing litigation and dispute resolution processes.

Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations in India and relevant international jurisdictions.

Assist in developing and implementing legal policies and procedures.
