Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Entity Management professional with a Master's degree to join our growing team in Kolkata. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and compliant management of our legal entities across India. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting legal processes, and ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 1-2 years of experience to contribute to a dynamic real estate company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the central database of all legal entities, including incorporation details, directors, registered addresses, and compliance status.
- Prepare and file annual returns and other statutory forms for various legal entities.
- Assist in the incorporation and dissolution of new legal entities.
- Coordinate with internal and external legal counsel on matters related to entity management.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance regulations and company policies.
- Conduct due diligence on legal entities as required.
- Support the legal team in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to entity management.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the company's legal entities.
- Respond to queries from internal stakeholders regarding legal entity information.
